Return & Refund Policy

At The Mocha Home, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to love every item you bring into your space. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be exempt from return for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., used mugs or drinkware).
Sale and clearance items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
